Thread: I don't understand the AG catalog mailing process

    I know what you mean. I almost never receive catalogs in the mail. My mother, who rarely purchases AG items always get them. She always brings her catalogs to us so we do receive them but it is so odd that we rarely receive them ourselves. She did bring us the Jess catelog late last week so my DD and I are both happy! - Meg B.

    Have you tried calling CS and asking them to please send you a catalog that you've signed up online and they never send you one? Just a thought.

    I know what you mean too. I will go to the AG website, request a catalogue, get one catalogue in the mail, and never get another AG catalogue. It makes no sense at all. [img]mad.gif[/img]

    I had the same problem last year at this time. I did as suggested and called, asked for CS and told her the problem. She said my account showed active (Duh!) but would put in a request. I have been getting them ever since. It's worth a try. Good Luck!

    I've had problems too! I called and managed to get them sent, but now I've moved again and I haven't gotten one after requesting again.

    I called once recently about the wish book, and once when the new catalog, not the Jess one, but the one before that, was released. I never got either in the mail.

    CS both times told me I was on the mailing list and my account was active, but that they would put in another request for me. It never came.

    I have been thinking about this today and when I ordered Kit's Reds fan outfit, I wondered if I should start putting in the catalog key code (like off the Jess catalog I got today from a friend) in the box under my log in?

    The catalog issue is very confusing! I keep wondering if those of you who don't get catalogs regularly do a lot of purchases online. Maybe they somehow think if you purchase a certain number of times per year, all online, that you will get catalogs in your orders and don't need them sent separately because you order online and not necessarily with catalogs.

    I've never had a problem getting catalogs, and sometimes go years without ordering anything, so that's why I wondered if it might have something to do with frequency of ordering (?).

    I'm having the same problem, I order over the telephone and have made to many orders in the last several months, but I don't get any catalogs in the mail, although my friend who only bought one doll last Christmas gets them all, she got the Wish Book, not me, And she just got the Jess catalog, not me. I just placed an order so we'll see what I get. [img]graemlins/rose.gif[/img]

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I always order online and I've had no problem getting catalogs. I've never ordered any way BUT online.
